First serving the multi family housing business as a mechanical contractor providing service and installation to the condominium and apartment sector. As the company expanded Oakwood Air Ltd. changed direction and began manufacturing air conditioning equipment under the brand name HEATWAVE Air Conditioning.
The first efforts where focused on manufacturing air conditioning equipment that was no longer distributed by the original manufacturer. Today, manufacturing air conditioning equipment for the Commercial and Residential market is Oakwood Air Ltd. primary business. Providing the HVAC industry with quality manufactured air conditioning & heat pump equipment at a competitive price is our company goal.

Warning all Hvac owners!!! Do not buy from this company. We had purchased at least 8 heat wave heat pumps from this company not had any issues. The last one we purchased 5 months in and the reversing valve is stuck and will only run heat. That is no big deal until I spoke to the owner Dave, he was the most condensending person I have ever spoke to. He treats everyone (licensed mechanics) and myself the owner like their idiots and that his units will never fail cause he checks them. As of now he will not honor warranty on a new unit. I am looking for a new replacement vendor cause this guys a joke
