They were extremely responsive, knowledgable, friendly and communicated clearly. They cleared my blocked gutter drains and helped with my leaky chimney. I called several roofing companies, most didn't call me back, a couple said they were too busy because of the storms...but within 4 hours of calling Direct Roofing, Malcolm and another young man (sorry, I didn't get your name) were up on my roof!! Stellar service and I highly recommend!! Thanks guys! :)

Parker and Malcolm were great. I gave this company a call early morning, got a call back relatively soon after. Explained my issue to Parker who was very understanding and said they could be out within 2hrs. They were on time, and very professional. They quite quickly found the source of the leak and inspected other areas to ensure no other issues existed. All of this was done within their initial service charge so they are very cognizant and respectful of the time and billing. Would highly recommend for any roofing service you require. Thanks

Excellent company to work with. Reasonable price and good quality roofing and installation. We used them to remove cedar shakes and install asphalt shingles. Very responsive to an issue we had 6 months after installation (not due to workmanship, but rather a poor choice in roofing type for our roof), they replaced the roof within a few weeks! Would strongly recommend Direct roofing to others.

I needed to get some metal roofing done and came across Direct roofing. After a quick email quote based off of sq-ft, I set up the time for them to come out and make the standing seam sheets to spec at my house with the longest being 23'. I sent them pics before so they were able to make up the flashings before hand so it was a one stop shop. They were fast, on time and very helpful when I had questions regarding my install. I was able to get this roof done for a fraction of what it would have cost me to get it installed by someone and it was super easy to do.

He gave us an honest lo down on the pros and cons of repair vs. a new roof.
We chose a new roof and his team was efficient and professional. Due to a large team the job gets done quickly which we appreciated. Their clean up was suburb and went above and beyond.

Direct Roofing came as soon as they could on an early Saturday morning to fix the leak in my roof. Gord and Rich fixed the leak and checked the roof for other problems and fixed a few issues while there. I decided to go with Direct Roofing to install my new roof. Elliott was very easy to deal with, no pressure, and had great suggestions and worked… towards making his customer - me - happy. The crew came on time and worked very hard to get the roof done as quickly as possible. Malcolm and Vlad did an awesome job on the siding that was installed on the part of my roof that goes down the side

Elliot and his staff are amazing! We called for an estimate and he gave us all the information we needed to make our choice affordable. It took awhile to get the roof done due to terrible weather, but he kept in touch all the time so we knew we weren't forgotten..the crew that did the roof were awesome they were friendly and fast and cleaned up better than before they arrived.we will highly recommend Direct Roofing to everyone we know!
