Lucy Clothing

This company is absolutely terrible!! An order was placed on my PayPal account for this company and it wasn't what I ordered!! In addition, I have emailed them over 6 times and have left several messages on their answering machine! To no avail!! I had to file a complaint against them today with the Attorney General just to see if I can get some resolve! If I could give them no stars at all, I absolutely would! I will take to Facebook and let everyone know not to order from this company!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my 79 year old Mom to find clothes to celebrate her upcoming 80th birthday and Lisa was so helpful and kind! We walked out with much more than we expected and my Mom was all smiles. Lucy Clothing will be our go-to place!!

Lucy Clothing is a gem of a store because of the owner and staff. It can be challenging to find good quality plus sized clothing, but Lucy's owner provides many options. The location is far from my home, but it is worth the drive to have someone who takes the time to get to know her customers so she can make great recommendations. I last visited for my birthday in May, and it wasn't until I got home and checked the bill that I noticed she had given me a birthday discount - I keep forgetting to call and thank her, so I'm doing it her and now! Thank you! I love my capris, tops, and sleeve top!

The jeans I ordered look nothing like they do in the pictures - what is your return policy?

Always fun to accompany my wife to this great little clothing store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the fact that the owner tries to source great quality Canadian garments.

Nice boutique with a lot of Canadian made articles of clothing. No pressure sales. Pleasant staff. Good assortment of designer brand merchandise for the bigger woman. Roomy change rooms.

Beautiful clothing that actually fits a fuller figured woman. Sales person/owner was very nice and helpful, no pressure buying. The clothing was pretty reasonably priced compared to other stores and the quality was high with a lot of Canadian content.

I was quite put off yesterday by the staff. ”Yeah, the Silver jeans are only slim leg and they change every season so...” (basically you're out of luck)...didn't even try to sell me a pair of jeans that might fit or anything else.

The staff is very helpful. My mom absolutely hates shopping and needed a new dress for a wedding. The employees helping us were patient and made good recommendations, they made my mom feel very at ease and comfortable. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

I have been going to lucy clothing for around 8 years now and everytime I come in I'm greeted with smiles from the beautiful staff, and well made gorgeous clothes to try on! for any special occasion I hit lucy up before I go anywhere else because I know I will find something! The staff is great at picking outfits that i might not have chosen for myself and i am always plesently surprised and the girls have always been so honest when it comes to clothing advice! Best place hands down for us full figured beauties!

I used to LOVE LOVE LOVE my trips to Lucy but in the past few years it seems they've gone from young and hip, to conservative and mature. Walked out without wanting to buy a single item - which is shocking. I always want to support local shops, so I will check it out next time I'm in town - but I'm not holding my breath...

I have shopped at Lucy's for years. Lisa and her staff are wonderful and supportive. What made my visit tonight extra special is this. I'm expecting and as a result need a new wardrobe for my growing baby. I went to the local maternity stores and left feeling upset and miserable because even their largest size wouldn't work for me. I walked into… Lucy's near closing and gave Lisa and staff a task they hadn't yet encountered. Could we find some outfits for me that I can wear through my pregnancy? Fabulous clothing store with a wide selection. Was looking for a cocktail dress for an upcoming cruise and found lots of options. Tanya was super helpful and had lots of ideas and things for me to try on -- not just the same old black things you get used to in plus sizes. I wish I had more time today to try on the jeans! I will definitely be back.

This is the neatest little clothing store. What a super job they did with the decor - so chic"y" cool. Love the chandelier. The staff are all helpful without being overbearing. Fab selection of clothes.
