Hi Dave; Just wanted to send a note of thanks. Your ever helpful and great guy Keith came to my rescue on the past very cold Wednesday. It turned out that - like many others i expect - my aged car required a new battery which couldn't handle the cold weather.
Keith came to my home, a fellow employee charged the battery to start my car, Keith dropped me off the T.Hill Snrs Club where I had a Board of Directors meeting to attend and drove my car onto your premises.At 9:00 a.m. next day my car was returned in full working order with a new battery under the hood.

I discovered that I had a flat tire, and I needed my car in the afternoon. I contacted Peck's in the early morning and they told me to come over as soon as I was able to. I did and, within 30 minutes, the tire was repaired (it was a nail in the tread area) and I was on my way. That level of customer empathy and service is why I have been a Peck's customer for the past 10 years and will continue to be so for all my automotive needs.

There is the opinion that mechanics are greedy and untrustworthy. This could not be farther from the truth with regards to Peck Brothers. I have been dealing with them for over 5 years now and always feel well taken care of. They are honest and always willing to take the time to make sure you understand everything before going ahead with repairs. I can't recommend them enough.

Peter and the staff at the Doncaster location are amazing. Advice around general maintenance, cleaning products and tips, and high quality work when needed. Been in twice (with a very unusual convertible) and left very satisfied each time.

Excellent Experience, dropped by without an appointment, I was in and out with very useful information, reset the faulty error, (keeping my fingers crossed) and a fair rate. I would need a week, +$200 at BMW to get the same information and I am certain without a doubt, they'd have replaced a part in tune of +$1000....
That's what dealerships live on,...
Thanks Peck Brothers, I am coming back to get the AC fixed soon! The only thing I'd say was missing, was a small water cooler in the waiting area, but it's not enough to lose a star... ;-)
