Always fantastic service by the team here. They're quick, reliable and honest! Hanif always gives exact prices for parts, he's pretty spot on with estimating the final bill and most of all, prices are fair! Their work is flawless and he's been working on my families' cars for a few years now.

Moved into the area and originally went for convenience but after my visit I will probably be a customer for as long as he's there!!
Quick story; interior fan actuators making noise. Saw hanif and asked what the cost to replace fans or other possible components... we looked up some parts pricing and with labour cost I was expecting a sizable bill.... turns out a squirrel made a nest in the car which blocked the fans. Hanif cleaned it up changed the filter and charged me for just that.
I've gone back since and will continue doing so.

I want to share here your experience in this place! I am a technical person and work in Canada the electrician in the industry .In my country of origin I was a mechanic of F16 aircraft so that way I understand a bit in mechanics. I discovered over time that I need to replace a right front wheel bearing because it made noises. I started checking where I can replace the bearing at a normal price, I checked all kinds of garages and their quotes on Google and this place was with the most attractive offer. I left my 2012 Honda odessey for brake repair. Within minutes the tires and associated parts were examined. Ower pointed out what needed to be replaced and why. A quote was developed and presented. Quite reasonable labour rates and great price for top of line brakes. He gave me an estimate regarding when the van would be finished. Great service, friendly staff, and in my view great work. I will highly recommend Hirji Auto Repairs.

I came here to get a safety done and dealt with Hanif. I found him to be extremely stubborn, incompetent and rude.
Details of my experience below:
- brought my 2014 VW here for a safety so I could buy out my lease.
- I was told it failed because the tire threads in the front were worn out
- I asked him why it failed, as it seemed pretty good
- Hanif said it needs to be a minimum of 4mm at 3 separate spots. Mine were 3-5mm at various spots.
- I asked him to show me where the ministry guidelines backs up what he is saying.
- He immediately got rude and started pushing back. I was told he has

I have been dealing with this shop for many years. Hanif did my brakes quite a few times and for different cars and I was satisfied. Rates are comparable to market. Never gave me a feeling that he wants to create business through unneeded repairs. Gives options for the source of parts with reasonable recommendations. Once his price was higher than the dealer but it was a quick budget on the phone. He went out of his way many times to tighten something or for minor inspections and did not charge me, though he was quite busy. Always answer the phone and spend the time. I had several scratches and general damage on my car. Many other places put the price way above my budget, but this repair shop offered me a fair deal, and listed well all of the costs associated with the fix. Granted, I was very skeptical, but the work that this workshop did, was very well done. I had it inspected by a third party and they confirmed that the work done was very good.
