Friendly - always was informed what took place in the appointment and what was to happen next. The balloons and treats were a really nice touch.~ I really enjoyed myself. When we sit in the chairs, they talk to us, and make my experience with having my braces really good.~

I earned my dental degree at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, and then practiced dentistry for a year in Ottawa. This was followed by a two-year stint at the School of Dental Therapy in Fort Smith, NWT, where I taught basic dental procedures to dental therapists and traveled throughout the North; I visited remote communities and set up basic treatment plans for the therapists to follow.

Dr. Cronin is amazing. I came to him with an unusual problem that no one knew how to treat. He spent time to listen to my problem, helped to get it diagnosed and then made a plan to make things better… (dislocated TMJ disc and locking open jaw). He was able to realign my jaw with braces placed just so and I no longer have chronic daily pain and headaches! Thank you is not a strong enough word! His staff is amazing and caring as well. I can't recommend Cronin Ortho enough!

All I can say is that this office, all of the staff, and especially Dr Cronin have made this tough decision an easy one! Our choice to commute from Abbotsford to receive orthodontic treatment for our son has proven to be a very good one! We are very impressed so far with Dr. Cronin for our son's orthodontics. The office staff are always professional. Our son actually looks forward to his appointments! The office is comfortable for parents and they have games for the kids to play while they are waiting. I'm very glad our dentist recommended Dr. Cronin.

I went to Dr. Cronin for about five years, and I am very happy with my teeth now! I got my braces off last summer, 6 months earlier than expected. It was wonderful to see straight teeth after only 1 1/2 years of braces. The staff is very friendly and they all do their jobs well. Three of my children have done their orthodontics through Dr. Cronin. We have been so happy with the cheerful and friendly office staff. They are very accommodating when it comes to making and changing appointments and when it comes to payment options.
