My experience was great! Needed an indoor cleat that was for a wider foot. I received recommendations, got to try the cleats on, and even use a ball to see how comfortable I felt before purchasing.
I needed to switch out the purchase at a later date for a larger size and the staff was very accommodating and there were no issues in doing so.
Will be back for all my soccer needs!

I brought two jerseys (still with labels on them) and receipt to the store. The owner was in store, and several customers were there. I explained what happened on last Saturday. The owner started to explain to me that this jersey has a player name and number on its back, so it should be more expensive than the labeled price. I said I didn’t care about the number, I just selected a white jersey with favorite style, correct size and reasonable price.
He said

Agreed to a price of $100 for a factory error jersey. When I arrived to pick up owner refused to sell to me (although it was already agreed) at $100 and said he would fix it later and then charge me full price. Owner wanted to fix jersey as he only wants the best quality coming out of his store, which is reasonable. Frustrating experience but still satisfied. If you want something soccer they probably have it.

I had several issues with my previous cleats and indoor shoes but Claudio was able to guide me through all of my problems and give me helpful advice to take better care of my cleats. His knowledge and experience helped me restore my older cleats, save money and find the perfect new pair of Mundial Goal's.

Be aware not to question Claudio as he gets extremely defensive, rude and ignorant! My son had his jersey pressed with McKennie's name and number. He immediately noticed the lettering and numbers were different than his previous jerseys. (Anyone can tell just by looking at it) I called Claudio to discuss the jersey and the lettering and told him that our previous jersey we got pressed for him was perfect no issues. My son has purchased MANY jerseys from him. When I questioned him and said that the jersey did not match what Juventus had on line. He said, and I quote..."Everything

I have shopped at FC soccer for years, since they were on Adelaide St.
Some of these bad reviews boggle my mind, because the owner there is literally the reason I won't shop anywhere else... he knows his products cold, future models, past models, he is always clear about the pros & cons. He is always very clear that clearance items are final sale, he has even suggested I buy products that made him less $$ and were just a better deal for me. That is the trust I want when I walk into a speciality store like this.
I have only ever once had to return or had a problem with the product in the 5+ years
