Services
Reframe Psychology Clinic provides psychology assessments and testing for Toronto patients of all ages. There are many reasons why an individual would request a psychological assessment at our clinic, including an increase in feelings of sadness, anxiety, or poor self-esteem, difficulty maintaining friendships or relationships, or the suspicion that they may have a learning disability or a psychological disorder such as OCD, ADHD, or depression.
Children, adolescents, and young adults first visit us at Reframe because there are concerns about their functioning and how they feel. They may be having problems academically, behaviorally, socially, or emotionally. The first step to improving functioning is often a comprehensive psychological assessment.
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a very structured intervention that examines the relationship between our emotions (feelings), thoughts (our perception about what is happening) and our corresponding behaviors (how we act). In CBT one first learns how to identify each of these components in everyday situations in life.
Parents are often asked to have their child undergo a psychoeducational assessment yet are confused about what that means. A psychoeducational assessment is also commonly referred to as a learning, educational, or academic assessment. A psychoeducational assessment is conducted to help us understand how a child learns and processes information.
Reframe Psychology Clinic provides treatment for various psychological disorders among Toronto-area patients, including anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and depression.

In order to do this, we employ various evidence-based assessment and treatment approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention Therapy (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).Has anyone ever referred to you or your child as a worry wart?
