Our services are also available online through our convenient and easily accessible virtual office.

From the comfort of your home and from anywhere in Ontario, you can talk to one of our mental health professionals through a secure and encrypted portal. Our virtual office is open to all new and existing clients. At CITC, we conduct various psychoeducational assessments for children ages 6+, adolescents and adults for identification of: Learning Disabilities, ADHD Giftedness and workplace accommodations.

Founded in 2003, CITC has grown to be a leading psychology practice that offers treatment in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) for adults, adolescents and children.
CITC embraces the vision that both cognitive and interpersonal factors play a significant role in psychological health, and that by making changes to the ways in which you think and to the ways in which you relate to others, we can have a profound positive impact on your day-to-day functioning.

CBT is a short-term (16 to 20 sessions) therapy that emphasizes the role of thinking in how we feel and what we do.
