Replaced our furnace, a/c & hw tank with College electric. They were excellent to deal with start to finish!
Our old one was acting up and Eli of service came. They took off the call from our final bill - that was a very reasonable price btw. The installers Rob and Eli had vast experience and seemed to really enjoy their work. Was nice to hear laughter in our home, as it's been pretty quiet through this pandemic.

Never so mad in my life! Furnace leaking water on floor after only 3 years. Not sealed properly. Should have had straight pipe and they installed 2 junctions. Secretary said my warranty was voided b/c I did not get furnace cleaned thru them every year for past 3 years. Even if I got it cleaned by someone else the warranty was voided. What a ripoff! They never tell you this stuff! Should still have Mfr's warranty and labor for 10 years is what I was promised. Never use these guys again!!!

A significant part of the annual service on a hot water heat furnace is that the overflow tank should be drained. Home Service Plus did not do this. Another significant part of the annual service on a hot water heat furnace is to vacuum the dirt off the heat exchanger. Home Service Plus did not do this either... Home Service Plus did spend some… time in our basement in February 2021, but we are not sure what they did, but we are 100% sure that they missed these 2 areas.. Because, On December 21st, at 6:00pm the pressure relief valve blew because the system pressure had no increased because

We had the furnace installed and duct cleaning completed by Home Service Plus previously, and I guess our AC felt it was time for its retirement too.
We were very impressed with how professional, efficient, and the quality of work done by the guys! We called them back to have our old air conditioner replaced and we were not disappointed. Ryan (one of the same installers for our furnace which was a great experience) and Drew (who did an excellent job) thoroughly explaining the process of installing the new air conditioner and removed the old eye sore.

Called for an AC service, tech said there was a problem because temperatures input/output were too far off. Said it would be between 300$-1200$ repair, called another company for a second opinion, they said we had no problem at all. Showed us the temperature readings and everything looked good.

Rick came to our place and gave us a very honest and thorough estimate to install a new HE furnace and A/C. He also highlighted the guarantees of the estimate and work to be performed so we knew there could be no surprises (financial or otherwise).
After we chose HSP, Rob and his crew came not long after and performed the job in one day. They did… great work and were very personable. They also cleaned up after themselves as if they were never there.
