A few years ago, I was looking to have my furnace looked at. I had many companies come in for a quote. There was a crack in one of the plates and I was quoted for a brand new high efficiency and new a/c unit over $15 000 to start from many companies. Mark came in and said the I still had 1 year left of the manufacturer warranty. He can honour that… warranty and just charge a service fee. I asked what would be better? New system or just keep the existing one? He was honest and stated that he would recommend the new system and if $$ was a factor (which it was) he presented all the options

Mark was a great guy, I thought the AC may not be working well after I changed the starting capacitor. He looked at it and felt that it did not need additional work. He said since I really did nothing but inspect it, it was no charge. Awesome, and honest. Definitely gave some good advice and will definitely be considered them when my furnace needs replacing. Appreciate the honesty.

Called Service Right Now as I noticed water was not draining from the air-conditioner A-Coil inside the furnace. They were able to quickly schedule me in and Mark came to service my unit. Unplugging the drain was relatively easy fix but unfortunately the water leaked inside the furnace and caused havoc with the blower motor and control board. Mark was extremely professional, provided clear explanation of what he had to do and the parts needed to fix my furnace. He also did an amazing job cleaning the furnace, the A-Coil and the AC condenser outside. Highly recommend them !!

From our first diagnostic visit with Greg to several chats with Michelle and Marc, and the quick and painless new furnace install with Damien and Jarrod, this entire experience was excellent. They each took the time to answer our questions. SRN staff brought professionalism, integrity, friendliness and a willingness to be helpful. Our first urgent call was answered immediately by Michelle and Greg was on the scene in 1.5 hours. Furnace Started to not blow heat on a Friday night around 9pm. I gave Service Right Now a call and they where at my place within the hour which I found very impressive being on a Friday evening. I knew the problem was a furnace due to it being about 20 years old and they confirmed and showed me the problem with it(rotting out). They gave me a quote which I found was very reasonable and a couple days later they had a new furnace installed at my place. The work was very clean and nicely done and the technicians where very professional and polite. I will never call another company for any of my Furnace

I highly recommend Service Right Now. Mark was very quick to come over and provide me with a comprehensive estimate, explaining exactly what needed to be done. On the day of installation, Damian and Greg arrived on time, protected my floor with a runner sheet, and proceeded working immediately. They were professional and tidy. I stayed out of their way as much as possible, but when I did have a question, they provided me with a clear answer. I have only called once (to Mark) with a follow-up question, and he took the time to explain the details to me. My furnace was installed about 2 months ago
