Kurt came to the house and inspected our leaky basement. He discussed our options, what had to be done to fix the problems. One the day of repair, Omar and his crew arrived on time, explained exactly what they would be doing, were courteous and respectful. They worked so hard all day. It was a cold and snowy day, they completed the whole job in one day. Clean-up was excellent. What a great crew. Thank you.

The crew of Canroy and Mauro was very professional and personable. They arrived on time and assessed the work that needed to be completed. The work was completed expertly, efficiently and neatly. There was virtually no clean up needed on my part. The only way I knew they were there was because the damage had ben fixed. I have already referred them to friends and family and would highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

RCC did an amazing job waterproofing both the inside and outside for our basement. Mauro has all the answers to our questions and provided us with the best quotation for the work that was required. He was always available by email and by phone to help.

Contacted RCC about waterproofing my basement foundation walls as I had some water issues. From the 1st contact through the entire process the team at RCC took care us. Ramy was great at communicating the quote and the aspects of the job. Andy & his team showed up on time and completed the work without issue. The guys explained how a previous waterproofing job was poorly finished (side of the house had been waterproofed and the weeper was not connected) and explained how their lack of detail contributed to the problems that I was having. I had a great experience with RCC. It was for my grandfather's house. My estimator Mauro was very kind, and took the time to explain to him and I the problem. RCC came and did a thorough job. They came in and did what they had to do, and left with no mess. It was professional and efficient. There was a re-leak but they honoured their lifetime warranty, came back to do water tests and fixed the problem. I would recommend RCC as they are a trustworthy company, very professional, and have great representatives working for them.

RCC is a very knowledgeable and hard working company. I bought a pre-existing home that needed a complete waterproofing job. Mauro was my estimator who took the time to share different options and his personal opinions. RCC did the whole exterior a few years ago and I have not had a problem since. Our basement is fully finished and the leaks are all fixed! Anthony’s crew was very professional and you can tell they know what they are doing. All the RCC representatives made me feel comfortable entrusting my home to them. Great experience!

RCC was a very professional company and the crew Joey and Mauro both were amazing to deal with and they worked really hard to get the job done. They completed the job within the time they promised to. RCC was very professional in the way they do their business and took the time to explain to us what the process of waterproofing entailed. We were very happy with the job they did. The other important fact is if we sell our house the lifetime warranty goes with the house. Helps the value of the house when selling...Would definitely recommend RCC to anyone experiencing issues with flooding basement

RCC gave me a very reasonable quote in a professional manner, promptly and less than a half of what some other priced me. Den gave me detailed advice to all my concerns that I had to my old brick foundation by email, while many other vendors did not reply to my emails. Den and Ryan came and install a sum pump in my basement today, all clean, efficiently and professionally done. Amazing customer service, payment easily done on-line, you will never lose your money with them. Extremely satisfied.

This was a second project our family used RCC Waterproofing for. First time was about 4 years ago at my house and we were very happy with the service and the work completed. So, when I noticed a crack on the side of my mother's house, I did not hesitate to contact Mauro at RCC to provide the assessment and estimate. Mauro arrived at agreed to date and time and provided his assessment of the situation and a fair estimate. I was advised that the work would be completed within 2-3 weeks.
