I went to use the dryer at 11pm on oct 18th. My 1 month old got all of his clothes dirty and my dryer broke down. I just needed to dry his baby clothes for 10 mins.
I arrive to the door and notice its locked, while theres half a dozen people inside doing laundry. A lady comes to the door and abruptly tells me they're closed and that they lock the doors at 10. The irony is they're open till 12 midnight every day.
I tell the lady I just need to use a dryer for 10 mins. But all I get is a quick no, without any trying to understand. I ended up going home very disappointed. I will never, ever, use

I’ve been read some of these other posts before I posted mine, this Laundromat is awesome it's clean, huge and obviously well kept by the staff I don't see the fuss . And I notice another thing a lot of customers are complaining about the machines being down you have to realize that most of these machines constantly running and most of the time they can get them back up and running in a reasonable time or they’re waiting for parts thanks to Covid and good luck if it’s a part with a microchip that takes longer.

This is my second time using this landromat, roughly 3 years apart. I came here to do 1 load in the washer and 1 in the dryer. I used the medium sized units, the washer cost $4.25 (31mins) and the dryer $1.75 (21mins).
Overall I'm very happy with the results. My clothes came out clean and almost perfectly dry (95%) but I didn't want to run another full dry cycle of 21mins.
The place was very clean, and had many machines to use. Their was a TV or two, an ATM machine and a change machine. Many table and carts available at your disposal along with a few different sizes of machines for various load

I have been going to washday for almost two years now and I have never met an employee, anywhere, that is as thorough, attentive, thoughtful and kind as Ashley. She is very considerate and pays close attention to everyone, their laundry needs and advises everyone how to maximize the effectiveness of the machines. Kind and funny, she makes coming to do laundry fun and a pleasure.

Great service at a fair price. Every time I go in the staff is friendly and polite. The shop is always nice and clean and the machine well kept. Ashley in particular is always a big help with explaining all the services and prices , also is very knowledgeable on what machines will work best for the size of loads I'm doing and what can help get the stains out of my clothes. Honestly I couldn't say enough good things about place or the staff working there.

This is the only laundromat we use! It's always very clean and has a lot of machines. Only reason I gave a four star and not a five, is because of one female attendant who treated my father in law and I sort of poorly when we were here once. He accidentally overloaded a machine which made it leak and I understand it was a mess and was our fault but it was a mistake. We apologized over and over again and we both offered to clean the mess but she was very rude about it and made multiple scenes when new people would come into the facility.

It’s ok not great. There are lots of washing machines in different sizes and different sized dryers so a great place if you have lots of laundry. However many of their machines don’t work either because they’re broken or need to be cleaned or money removed from the coin box. Although they definitely clean, the whole place is in need of an upgrade. I didn’t go there for 6 months and noticed a steep decline, it looked shabby and lots of machines weren’t working

Definitely my go to laundromat. Excellent selection of modern, efficient machines to accommodate whatever your needs are at the time, and if you "forget" your detergent, thats ok too! Coin machine and ATM on site as well for your convenience. Cleanliness? Unbeatable. Every night there is an attendant that ensures the clenliness is up to par. I use to go whenever the need arised, but the one nightly attendant changed that. The laundromat was very busy and chaotic.
