Using water, special biodegradable detergents and high-tech cleaning and finishing equipment, Sketchley effectively cleans a full range of garments that are typically dry cleaned, leaving finished garments with unparalleled cleanliness and texture.
All laundry is sorted by type of garment, fabric, degree of soil, and colour. All of our washing machines are programmed to handle all combination of sort. Each program has specific temperature, water levels, and agitation settings. All laundry is rinsed three times with fresh water, and all our laundry products are biodegradable.
For clothing with sentimental value like formal gowns, tuxedos, Christening gowns and other keepsake clothing items. Our specialized method for cleaning suede, leather and other natural skins restores the oils and colors as close to original as possible. Note: While we exercise the utmost in professional care and use only the finest equipment and gentlest solvents, sometimes it's not possible to restore drapes to a "new" condition.

I was very pleased with service I received by Sofia at this location I took a leather jacket there and asked for shortening the sleeves. It was a complicated work because of leather but Sofia made sure that everything was done perfectly. I was very pleased with the end result and the price was fair and competitive.

I recently brought my new suit jacket in for alterations. I usually go to a tailor downtown, but thought I would give them a try since I have always received great service when it came to my dry cleaning. I received my suit jacket back in a very timely manner and was extremely happy with the work they had done. Moreover, they were also reasonably priced. NEVER alter your pants there, they don't take any responsibility for doing a bad work. They didn't alter my pants as my request and I came there for three times to ask them because they kept telling me to come next time. They thought as long as they did a work then it was not their problem. They didn't even listen to my explanations and now it costed me 20 dollars to alter it plus 40 dollars to buy this pant(after their alteration, It is too unsuitable for me to wear it). Plus, if it is not okay for me to wear it, how would I say "yes" when they measure for me??(they thought it was me asked for

Been using them for years and they just ruined a shirt of mine and will do nothing about it. In addition their customer service is extremely rude. The woman called me 'honey' in a very demeaning tone more than once. She needs a serious lesson in customer service and treating people with respect! After almost 6 years I will be moving my services elsewhere.
