Some of the AOR supplements do not disclose their non-medicinal ingredients clearly on the label. You have to pull back a (not very well marked) tiny corner on the supplement bottle in order to see the FULL list of ingredients. To my shock, I recently found that a concerning ingredient was hidden, listed behind this pull-back label, as one of the non-medicinal ingredients. As a long-time AOR supporter, I was shocked to learn that such an ingredient was hidden, while the other ingredients were clearly marked on the outside label. Over-priced supplements with cheap sources. Not worth the price. AOR doesn't actually do any of the research, they just take advantage of the research done in universities. A lot of contraindications and confusing recommendations on certain supplements. You're better off getting your vitamins from whole foods or elsewhere. A lot of the positive reviews you see here are from people who work for the company and not actual customers.
