Services
I spend 90 minutes with you on your first visit to establish an understanding of your health history and current health goals, enabling me to develop an individual health plan. I then work together with you to reach your optimal level of health. My focus is on educating you on lifestyle changes through nutrition and mind-body relaxation techniques.
Deborah has been practicing massage therapy for nine years since graduating from Mount Royal University. She specializes in deep tissue massage, cranial sacral, myofasical cupping and pregnancy treatments. Deborah also brings over 25 years experience in neuroscience nursing knowledge to her practice and continues to combine nursing with massage therapy.
I'm a big believer in the benefits of guided relaxation. It is one of the best ways to alleviate anxiety, stress and insomnia. Studies have shown that we only go into a relaxed nervous system response when we are asleep or when we are in a meditative state. Doing these relaxation exercises will help train your nervous system to relax and fall asleep easier and stay asleep longer.

Great experience, every time. Lynette has been my naturopath for the past 10+ years. She is extremely knowledgable and always puts her patients first. She's great to work with and is always open to opinions/input from my RMT, doctor, physio etc., putting my health & best interests #1 at all times. Highly recommend
