Absolutely terrible, specifically Barry Carter, completely mismanaged a case in which my spouse was severely injured in a crash. Not only did she receive nothing in the way of compensation, also left her high and dry when ICBC decided to come after her for the cost of trial. The trial which her legal counsel suggested she force after not receiving a settlement offer. Carter acted supportive while she was in hospital then became rude and un-reachable when he realized it wasn't the payday he thought it would be. Do yourselves a favour and find another law-firm.
