Terrible customer support. I called more than 5 times trying to get an appiontment to do my taxes. They don't answer or if they do they are busy to talk and also when they'll say they call back, they don't. I wouldn't bother calling them ever again. Can't imagine the service if the start is already terrible. Don't understand how they got over 4 stars.

I have been going to Kirpal for over 5 years, but have now decided to go somewhere else. The reason is that I have noticed that the services provided by Kirpal have digressed over the years. When I try to contact her, she tells me she will get back to me, but does not. I find that I have to contact her numerous times before I can speak with her and when I do speak with her and ask her questions about my taxes/accounting she is very dismissive and gives me barely any information. In addition, when I talk to her she makes me feel like I am wasting her time by asking her questions regarding my taxes

We have been going here for 7 years plus with great service until this last tax year. Kiranpal made an error with a number reversal on my daughters return. My daughter was not with me when the taxes were completed so I was given a form for her to sign and return the next day. I was told that she could not submit her taxes until signed form was returned. My daughter caught the error which I took to Kiranpal the next day. At that time she told me she had already filed the claim but would resubmit it, was given a new form and returned the next day with it. Monies where refunded in error to my daughter
