I wish to start the new year, 2022, praising Lisa Wagner for the outstanding work done on behalf of my sister who was involved in a MVA in Halifax. I contacted the top lawyer in Calgary, Alberta, because the accident occurred in Halifax they could not help me so they referred me to Lisa. Lisa from the start treated my sister and I like family. Lisa and her staff went above and beyond. I worried about nothing because I had the sense from our first conversation that I was dealing with a lawyer who knew her stuff. These are what I like to call lazy lawyers. They took zero time to understand my case, asked me to reach out to them again after a second surgery at which point they walked away without looking any further and essentially wasted weeks of my time. I suggest walking away from these people like they will walk away from you.

This process went before the highest court in the land, Supreme Court of Canada. Canada’s highest court ruling allowed the case to move forward without delay. I had a hip replacement and 10 years in it broke, then two years of pure misery after the replacement. Complications and had to be opened the third time along with an ongoing infection. It was all caused by the defective first implant. Wagners were there for me from the onset of the Class Action procedures. They guided me through everything, I would send an email and get a response right away.
