I was riding my bike along the Greenway Trail and an employee from the RV park was putting up a " Take Out " sign on their private roadway crossing the trail .He said to ride into the park and check it out , and that $5 will get you into the swimming pool , and the bar and restaurant are open , with fish dinners on certain days .I thought it was a great set up and have been going there ever since .Everyone is nice and the atmosphere is great !

I only came here to pick up a trailer and move it to another park as the owners were kicking them out because the trailer was too old. This is happening at more trailer parks more often these days. I would not be a seasonal here

Awesome, friendly with beautiful sites. The only thing is, I don't think they should charge $5 for children five and under for visiting us at our camp site, especially when you consider the cost to stay here.

We camped here on a weekend and in the evenings we couldn't hear eachother over the loud music. The campground itself is decent but the playground is kind of run-down. The pool is really nice and well maintained. The sites are big enough but where we were camping, we could constantly smell sewage and there was a river nearby that's not so safe for children. Giving it a 1/5 because of the loud music, smell, and the fact that it's not very good place for spiritual nourishment or growth.

What a lovely private campground! Most of it is filled with long term seasonal RV's, attesting to the quality of services they consistently provide. As temporary campers, we really enjoyed our week here. The friendly staff were exemplary, the pool was perfect, and the washrooms clean. Backing up to the Greenway added another bonus for daily walking and bike riding.

We stayed in the park over September 10/12 weekend. We had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The campground has many permanent campers with a few for overnight. We had a water/hydro site, it was perfect!
The washrooms/showers were clean and are for one person. There is also a pool, some food at the snack bar and firewood, if needed.
Two suggestions: put an office sign up at the front gate and down the road to the office.
Put up solar lights on bathroom/shower building so people can find it at night.
Thank you for an amazing stay in Kingsville,

Great access to trails, great pool.
Staff realized the booking mistake when our group arrived as there was a seasonal on one of the sites we were to use. But they accommodated and move the group of 3 to an easier access lot.
Lots were very small had just enough room between to put out the awnings. But could hear everything from all trailers around you.
Then while sitting outside you get random whiffs of sewage..... the ENTIRE weekend was like that.
A breaker popped and when my husband (licensed electrician) when up to talk to the staff along with a few other guests, the staff member rudely

I reserved a specific site, which turned out to have a seasonal on it. The staff didn't even know there was seasonal in the over night area. Luckily they were able to move us to another site so our group could be together. We had TINY lots. Our awnings almost touched the trailer beside us and there was no room for our truck.
The trailer park smelt like sewage the entire weekend. It was so disgusting. You had to SHARE sewer hook ups and none of them were capped which is probably why it smelt so disgusting all weekend.
The overnight area was about 50% full and we blew a breaker for the entire area

I don’t understand the reviews about rude staff at all, I have never come across a more friendly group of people! They were so nice, tried their hardest to be accommodating and were apologetic over any little thing that went wrong. I have to think there must be another campground with a similar name that people are confused by.
When we got there one of the workers brought us around to different sites until we found the right one for us. She could not have been more helpful or sweet despite them being insanely busy on the first day opening up after lockdown.

This campground is really great. I’m rather saddened by the reviews as I know many of them are written out of anger because someone didn’t get their way and didn’t respect park rules. I think the issue is that many individuals feel as though they are family when they stay here, and should be able to get away with not following the rules. When the rules don’t get bent for them, that’s when they start sharing harsh words about the campground and management. All campgrounds have rules, and following the rules here will lead to happy staff, happy management, happy owners, and therefore a
