I have been going to Shahnaz's for over 17 years, back when I was still in university. She has been doing my facials and threading since then, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

I have been going to Shahnaz for 15 years. They are a topnotch spa. My experience with the ladies is wonderful they are professional and friendly. My favorite treatment is a full body massage and facials. I also have my hair done it is a all in one beauty bar and I always look forward to my next visit.

I always get my eyebrows threaded by Shahnaz. Best eyebrow threading I've had in Vancouver by far, her attention to detail and ensuring you're happy with the results is fantastic! If you have a problem with anything, she'll quickly fix it to your liking, there's no reason you should ever leave unsatisfied. Apparently they've been open for over two decades now!
I recently got my legs and back waxed by her, it was super quick which i found made it relatively less painful. I mean waxing is waxing so there will be pain no matter what, but having someone experienced do it definitely

I bought a groupon for this place for a brazilian. While the esthetician is friendly, I kind of had a weird experience here. Usually when I go for waxing the esthetician leaves the room for a few minutes before I have the waxing session to undress and same goes for the end of the session but she just kind of stands there and expects you to get undressed and dressed while she's there so it was awkward even though she's doing a waxing service on me. Sometimes it's a hit or miss, there's some days where a few spots are missed and others where it's a decent job. Pain wise,
