The goal of Bright Yoga is to create an inviting space that allows you to explore the ways that yoga can help quiet the mind, increase energy, improve flexibility, strength and balance and decrease stress. From the curious beginner to the experienced practitioner, Bright Yoga is committed to making yoga accessible in a non-judgemental, non-competitive atmosphere.
A great way to start your day! The teacher leads the class by modeling the poses as the class flows. No hands on adjustments will be given in this class. Focus on movements that help stretch and open your body, refine your sense of balance and quiet your mind. Flow in a series of postures connected by rhythmic breathing with an emphasis on strength, flexibility and balance.
Spend the weekend engaged in practices that help you focus on self-love, self-care, and the cultivation of loving kindness at this lake side retreat (located along the Lake Erie North Shore Wine route). What's included: Cost is $325 and includes two nights shared accommodations, three yoga practices, meditation, journaling activities, wine tasting, vegan meals, and snacks.
