Rob solves problems. Our bank could not find an appraiser in time. Rob knew the appraisal and bank network in our area and personally made phone calls to find a faster solution. I spoke to other brokers, but they were not able to do this. Our area is 3 hours outside of Guelph which shows how versatile Rob and his team can be.

We were so happy to have met Rob at the start of our home buying journey. Rob came highly recommended and for good reason! He seems to really know his stuff and is incredibly friendly. As a first time seeker of mortgage information everything can be very overwhelming and Rob helped to educate my partner and I and put our minds at ease.
