Very tricky place, be aware of this place !
Thank God, I didn't buy anything from them. I got separate quote for delivering material to the front or basement. Got a complicated quotes,
they could not explain why there is an additional charges of $700 between the quotes. The lady at the store explained that the materials are delivered from Brampton, I never heard such charges from other stores, the standard rate for delivery is $74. It is ridiculous.
I purchased the material from HD and got delivered to the front parking, I still saved $110. Spend another $300 just to move the material to the

CTS Website claims 10% discount on first order . When placed my first order. I did not get the discount. Called sales lady at 9.10am today . She promised to give me discount if i place order and call her back. I did not get her name. All subsequent calls answered by Ambu in sales department. He declines to give discount saying that the product i order is not eligible. But there is no such mention on the website. How can you give a wrong promise on your website ? Do not recommend some one to buy on this website.
