I Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The most unprofessional, lazy and app reliant company. Our agent caused enormous amounts of stress for no reason, offereing no solutions to problems and actually created many by sitting back and refusing to make an effort. Our deal was closed by a text and not a handshake. Do yourself a favor and don't put your trust in this company.

Im renting a home in which Sue Matus is managing, and I've never felt so out of place and uncomfortable in a house. half my house has quite literally stopped working, i have not had power in my 2 year old daughters room, my kitchen and my dining room for a month now. me and my wife have communicated many concerns to her along with our basement… suite roommate screaming and threatening us through the split doorway. I cant speak for the whole company, but I can speak for the experience I had with Jerry Dobri. The service I had truly did feel above and beyond. Jerry answered any questions I had in a very timely manner, and gave me a full walk through of the process from start to finish. We hired Susan Matus to manage our property and I can’t and shouldn’t recommend her, initially I thought she was gonna be awesome due to her 17 years of experience but totally the opposite....it took her months to find tenants, 90% of the time I had a hard time to contact her (more than 72h to reply or more, sometimes she would forget or would… answer half of my questions, etc), took her almost a month to send a copy of the lease, we even had to hire a lawyer because she kept saying that she would send it whenever she would have time, when I met the tenants they told me she never

Buying or selling a home can be so overwhelming. Rob helped us with both buying and selling our homes - he went above and beyond in customer service, took the time to clearly explain the process, the approach, how to stage our home, and all the legalities of the purchase and sale. Our situation was somewhat urgent and rushed and he was there for us every step of the way. His knowledge and expertise were absolutely invaluable to us - he really wowed us with his service and how easy he made the entire process.
