You should stand behind the products you sell. Neglected to tell us that bonded leather will turn your sofa into landfill crap after a few years. Don't deceive your customers into believing you are selling quality. Excel furniture in Edmonton stands behind their products. Their motto is once your a customer your a customer for life. I will not recommend Home Furnishings to anyone. Once you pay for your furniture they don't care about you. very poor customer service.

Bought a couch set almost 3 yrs ago, 8 months into having it it began peeling, 1 year in and springs were breaking. Went in to discuss issues and was told 'they didn't have time to chat, and no manager available and for me to call customer service.' (which didn't pan out any better) Have been in there 4 times in the past 2 years, 3 of those was… ignored and when asked for help it was poor at best. Only time was good service was when I was about to purchase and then it went downhill when I started to second guess it. so overall, severely disappointed and havent returned since.
