To obtain a prescription you will need to see a certified optometrist who will carry out an eye exam. We offer eye exams at our retail store, located at 580 Hespeler Road in Cambridge. To schedule an appointment call (519) 620-1991 or book an appointment online here. It is recommended that you get an eye exam every 2 years to have the latest and most accurate prescription.

I recently came to Romin Optical to get my eye exam done and purchase a new pair of glasses. It was a wonderful experience! Lubna is very friendly, approachable and accomodates for her customers. The optometrist was really nice and made me feel very comfortable. Overall, amazing customer service! Really affordable and trendy frames as well, I highly recommend Romin Optical for your eye care needs!!

Amazing service the owner Lubna is simply amazing as always very easy going and awesome to Conversate with. She is so kind and honest , the prices are extremely fair and they always has deals going on. she will work wonders for if you are on a budget or don't have coverage. Also very informative about the add ons for the glasses you're purchasing. You will not get the feeling that your being taken advantage of with the up selling just so they can get more money from you. My family has gone there for all our eye glasses for the past 4yrs now. This is my second time getting glasses from Romin Optical

I went in for my eye exam at Romin Optical, the receptionist and Dr. McGuinness were very professional with providing all the information and answers to my questions. Even took me earlier than the scheduled time as I had arrived early. Overall, the experience was pleasant.
Definitely recommend them for eye exams and will return to them for my future eye care needs.

My experience at Romin optical was great. In particular, my interactions with Lubna. She went above and beyond to help me track down a style that I had been on the hunt for. Also, she was very knowledgeable and informed on what protocols I should take regarding changed eye sight as a result of pregnancy. I trusted her recommendations and felt confident making decisions on my eye care based on the information she provided me.

This is the best place in Cambridge to go for prescription eye glasses, sunglasses and even a good place to check out for gifts. I love the customer service here, staff make you feel like you’re apart of the family. Such a clean store too! I seriously recommend checking out this place, I’m not kidding when I say they’ll take care of you.

Would highly recommend Romin Optical to anyone because everyone is super friendly, answered any questions I has regarding frames, lenses, contacts and other questions. The eye exam was no rushed, ensured I was comfortable the entire time, asked if I had any questions regarding the exam or clarity on anything. Of all the optical places I've been to in the last 30 years my experience at Romin optical has by far been the best. They had a great selection of adult and kids frames to chose from. I think what sets them apart from everyone else is their friendly and helpful service. They were very helpful with direct billing insurance and responsive to post-sales service adjustments. We will definitely be back!
