For your convenience, we have licensed opticians with years of experience and a team of optometrists who will conduct eye examinations on sight, Monday to Saturday (evening appointments available).In addition, minor repairs and adjustments are free whether your glasses are from us or not. Most insurance plans are accepted.

I do recommend this business as I have had nothing but great experiences with Amir for the last 11 years. He has been kind and professional. However, my recent experience with one of his staff members was horrible. She was horribly unprofessional, screaming at me and my husband to get out of the store when I called her on her rudeness. I was shocked that she would be allowed to interact with such long standing patrons of this business. She was unprofessional and irrationalto say the least. When my husband stuck up for me, she became ignorant further and was refusing to assist.my husband because

Opticians act like salesmen and do not adjust or fit your new glass's. talked to owner Amir before I had picked up my new single vision specs to ask why I was charged 279 dollars for a non designer frame that was discontinued by the manufacturer 5 years ago because I was worried about replacement parts and high price , And his response was "Well I paid full price for them" I found out when I picked the specs up that the temple arms sat on top of my ears and the optician that was there said he could not adjust them because the temple arm ends were plastic. I had to go to another business

My 12 year old son needed glasses for the first time. We headed to the West Hamilton location. There were many frames to choose from and we were able to choose 2 pairs he was thrilled with... fancy designer glasses😀. Many thanks to the kind people who helped us. We will go back for sure, and we will be recommending to all of our friends and family.

I am terrible at picking out what looks good. They have never rushed me to make a decision and always made sure i feel good about my choices. I have to wear glasses everyday , they need to look good!
