Casement and Awning windows seal extremely well. They provide clean lines and unobstructed views. Casement windows are attached to the frame by hinges top and bottom and crank out for ventilation. Both Casement and Awning windows are opened with a crank located at the bottom near the window ledge. The windows are locked with a multipoint locking mechanism that pulls the window in in two or more locations depending on the height of the window.
Single and Double Hung windows have sashes that slide up and down and tilt in for cleaning. A single hung has a fixed upper window and only the lower sash slides and tilts for cleaning. The double hung window system provides superior ventilation. Open with ease to let in fresh air front the top, the bottom or both.
