When you walk in the door, you think of an Indian palace, the hues of turquoise and fuchsia highlights the wooden panels and floors. Modern decor meets India. The archway to the private function room in stunning as well. Into the bathroom, it was clean as white snow. The decor very pleasing and exotic, but not too overly gaudy.

The food is honestly so delicious especially their malai kofta. Their chef deserves a full 5 stars from me but I have been to this restaurant before a lot of times in the past and their prices have increased significantly for the same quantity by a lot. I just wish they get back to normal pricing for the services they offer or maybe increase the quantity of the food.

Food is awesome but customer service is very poor. Staff don't know how to behave with customer. You have to bring your own plate and spoon from home. Because staff behaves like they don't have enough plates and spoons. Staff is rude. Food was really delicious. I hope they will change the behavior and treat the customer nicely. I was very disappointed with this kind of service in Canada, never expected.

Awful customer service. I have been to this restaurant many times and my most recent experience was by far the worst one yet. I always order the same dishes which are the Vegetable Korma and the Butter Chicken, usually they are pretty good. Although, when I ordered them a few days ago the taste and smell were extremely off. When I made it clear to the server that I was not pleased with my dishes, she apologized and offered to re-make them. When I received the dishes the second time around they turned out to be even worse than the first ones. I then again stated that I was not impressed with the

Craved for Indian food tonight but didn't want to travel all the way to North Delta for a guaranteed authentic taste. Luckily we found Indian Bombay Bistro in New Westminster. Their food totally satisfied our cravings. We ordered butter chicken, chaan masala, lamb Tikka (my favorite), garlic naan and rice. Great customer service and and they follow covid protocols.
Now we know where to go next time without having to cross the bridge.

Came on Vacation first time in British Columbia from Edmonton Alberta. Arrived on 10th July 2021 and the first meal of the BC was at this restaurant.looking at rating we decided to visit, did not disappointed us. These guys know what they are actually working on.tasty delicious amazing food and presentation. Service was tremendously awesome as well. Dishes were a bit less salty but It is better rather than having too much salt. We can always add it on top. Amazing place even space for parking. Place is in burnaby where we are staying currently. I would suggest to have more Gluten Free dishes specially

I thought of not putting my review. But they are repeating the same mistake again and again. Poor customer service. They never oblige to the basic rule and common sense of a first come first serve basis. Especially when there is a skip the dishes or doordash person or for a minimum, if someone from their own community comes in after us, they completely forget us and serve them. Food is good but, impressively very bad packing and the food leaks by the time we reach home. The images I have shared are after cleaning those packs.

Ordered the tandoori chicken, butter paneer, regular naan and spinach naan. Everything was sooo good!! Portion sizes were very generous and prices are reasonable. They only had 1 staff working at the front when we went for pick up so it was a bit of a wait to get our order, but it was during peak dinner time so it is understandable. Would definitely go back.
