I moved my prescription around 2 years ago to another location because of unprofessional disclosure of private information.
Then today someone called about my husband's prescription .I informed them that he would pick it up the verbal abuse I got and when I asked for the Manager no help there either.
I guess they don't need our $$$ anymore

Numerous mistakes... call and say prescription is ready and then give you attitude when you come get it, and it isn't ready after all.
Been given more medication than prescribed by my doctor.
My favourite now is my prescription that I have been taking for the last 4 years has doubled in price? I am told that I always should have paid more...
I would give 0 stars if possible.
Entitled employees with no accountability. I have to change my pharmacy if I expect more. These mistakes could have life threatening consequences...

Extremely friendly and helpful staff and owner, always willing to help! Had a few bumps in the road but what business doesn't and they fixed things immediately. Had some bad experiences with previous pharmacy but thanks to Mitchell and Andrew, my transition to the Boardwalk went seamlessly! Thank you so much for helping me find another doctor! He has been excellent!

Everyone is very helpful and I can count on the pharmacists to give me expert advice. During Covid they have been exceptionally good, especially with the seniors, lowering prescription filling charges, calling ahead for prescriptions and delivering quickly. So glad they are there for myself and my husband.

If I could give no stars I would. They never had my elderly mother medication ready, even when she called and I double called in advance. They would give me mom medication late. All the time. Medication that she needed daily !!! There was always a problem, our system down, we are super busy, your medication on back order. The only person that would apologize was the manager. The staff have no idea how to take accountability for themselves. 7 years my mom went there and they didn’t even care when she left. Free delivery she got that once in a while. She was on a fixed income and paid 4.11 almost

I’ve been with this pharmacy for a number of years. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond for their clients! They have free delivery, even out of town, and the driver is always smiling and extremely kind! I would, and have, recommended them to anyone who is looking for a pharmacy that treats you like family.
