In my experience with this firm, they have been our property managers for many years for our Condo association. I have had the opportunity to deal with Zubin and his team. They have always answered our calls in a timely professional manor, which is important if we have a issue. Distinctly, they have listened to our concerns and pointed out other same like situations which other condos follow, which gave us guidance. I would recommend their firm if I owned a complex and wanted a thorough body to oversee "getting the job done with experience"

Since we've moved into our new Townhome, Zubin, our property manager, has been professional and responsive to our issues over the last 2 years. He's been helpful and willing to work with us and the tenants that live beside us. As always, the Times Property Management group has been helpful and responsive!

I give Property Management at 36 Park Lawn, Etobicoke, 5 stars for the service help I receive every time i contact them. They work to solve my problems every time i have reached out to them, and the speed on their responsiveness. Most recently my shower drains were clogged, property management came up and helped me same day, fixed the problem and were kind and pleasant throughout the whole visit. The even walked me through how to avoid the problem for the go forward. Great property management here!

It has been a great experience working with the Times Property Management Inc, that's because of Mr Zubin Lalkaka who has given me very professional and valuable advice to let me make the right decisions. He is always cautious about checking the potential tenant’s qualification to protect my interest and looks after the property and tenants well. Times has been managing our Condo Corporation of 110 town homes. Zubin is our Property Manager and has been very responsive to our requests/needs in a timely and professional manner. One has to appreciate that there are additional challenges when the Property Manager is not stationed on site. Together with Zubin we seem to overcome any obstacles.

The property manager i was dealing with is Zubin Lalkaka for a unit i had at Foundry Av. I found him to be very courteous and professional. He went out of his way to solve the multiple issues we were facing with repairs to our unit and also with a troubling tenant. Based on my experience with Zubin I would recommend Times property management.

I have dealt with Times Property Management both professionally and personally for the past 8 years. Zubin Lalkaka was the property manager at my old condo and he is also the property manager of new property we just purchased. He has always been very accessible, answering my questions/concerns and he genuinely cares. I couldn't have asked for a better property manager and looking forward to working with him again.
