It was once a good dental office until the last couple of appointments I had with them. The cleaning has always been great, but once they start to do other work on your teeth beware! I had an root canal done 10 years ago at another dental office and never had a crown on top. When I finally have health insurance to cover for the crown I immediately told them I would like the procedure done. The crown only last for 1 month and it had fallen out. I had to go in multiple times to get it cemented on again. It shouldn't happen if they did it right the first, second, third time. At the end I had to pull

If I could give a zero I would. I took my kids there to get their teeth cleaned in June, my son needed some work done and was told a referral would be sent out if the in-house dentist couldn't sedate him. Never heard anything called back in September to follow up and the receptionist remembered us, and said she will email the in-house Dentist "right now" and will have an answer the next day.....well now we are into November still haven't heard back.

Rocky Point Dental has been a great experience for me. I was scared and worry as I don't like Dentist. They were very good with me. which I appreciate it very much. I felt save. know I never thought I would say this but really and truly I like the Dentist at Rocky Point. They are patient, kind ,and very caring. for me they are doing an Excellent Job.

Been going to this office for almost 30 years since I was a child. Moved out of the area many years ago, but still came back. Today was the first time ever, that I was asked to come back for a second cleaning. I did wait 3 years between cleanings, but nothing has changed. My last cleaning was 1.75 hrs. They only scheduled me for a hour. I drive 1.5 each way to come there. It was very disappointing and unfamiliar faces, just learned long time doctor Carlisle retired. Will not be going back anymore.

I am thrilled to take this opportunity to say what an OUTSTANDING Office and team! I had an extreme dental accident over 25 years ago and have been terrified since. The caring, patient and extremely knowledge filled staff are beyond compare. Its a busy office however that (to me) says that they are doing their job very well with the clientele. The component of having a dental consultant (Pam is amazing) who goes to bat with insurance coverage which other offices do not have, is not only smart, its innovative and makes clients VERY happy to get what they deserve for a fantastic smile and healthy
