I was in that store last week and I found the owner and the staff very friendly,helpful and so nice.We liked a beautiful bedroom set and gave a deposit after the owner gave us a great deal.We had to cancel the deal for personal reasons after a few days and we thought we will never get the deposit but when I called the owner about canceling the deal he was very friendly and understanding and gave us our deposit without giving us any problems.For sure I will go back to that store and we recommend that store to anyone Excellent selection and great people.

My wife and I were happy with the furniture (leather sofa with chaise, coffee table and a TV stand we bought few days ago from Furnishings2day in Markham. The salesperson, Harish S, was very knowledgeable with good understanding of what really would be good for our needs. Following his recommendations and comparisons of different models in the showroom, we finished up our selection in a short period of time. Delivery was quick and on time. Besides, the delivery men were very polite and careful in not causing any mess up inside our unit. Today, we went back to Furnishings2day for more selection

I called to follow up on my couches and was told they were going to be several weeks late. But somehow they were able to expedite things for me so I had them for the 2nd day I took possession of my new condo. The couches are amazing quality and very comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish I would have gotten a heads up they might be late instead of having to call and find out myself. But that may have come later had I not called myself. Overall it was a positive experience and the quality and comfort makes up for it.

This is my worst experience as a customer ever. I purchased a $3500 Natuzzi sofa from Furnishings 2day in February. After a 3 month wait I got it in May and that was when the nightmare started. The delivery guys they contracted were terrible. They did not care about the sofa at all. Inside the truck the sofa was only partially covered and the way they were handling it was just unprofessional. There were multiple cuts on the leather and I called immediately to the sales person/director (initial A) who promised to provide service to us even after purchase. When he picked up the phone he was annoyed

I'm upset enough with the after sales service of this place to create an account and post a review. Let me begin by saying this place starts at 5 stars given their friendly salesperson, extensive selection and reasonable cost for delivery. But it goes downhill from there. Minus 1 star for nobody calling me to set up delivery like the salesperson said they would after I paid in full. Minus 1 star for nobody telling me they didn't actually have inventory so I would have to wait 3 weeks for my product. Minus 1 star for the lady on the phone who told me I'm not allowed to be frustrated

We walked around this large furniture store today and were not really blown away by the originality of their products, but there prices are pretty good. For example Sears is currently selling the Natuzzi "Marbella" sofa & love seat for $3400, Funishings 2 Day has them on a special sale for $2900. The salesperson Raj was very helpful and not in the least pushy. The store is willing to hold items for you for a few months, with a 20-30% deposit, if you can't take delivery of an item right away. The showroom is quite pleasant to browse around as it is not crammed and you are encouraged to try out the sofas and even lay around a little on the day beds...
A good selection of both Natuzzi and ItalSofa. Most of the furniture are custom made as there are quite a few different colours and materials to choose from.
Staff is really helpful without being intrusive.
