We ordered a memorial bench for our son through Canaan Site Furnishings and we couldn't be happier with the service. Rankine was our sales representative and we can't say enough about him and the level of service he provided. This was a very emotional process for us and Rankine helped us along the way by sending samples, designing the plaque and patently answering all our questions. We purchased the belt stanchions several years ago and while they still worked perfectly the plastic holders at the ends of the belt were braking from lots of wear and tear. I contacted Stanchions Canada and Terri was so helpful in finding the right replacement parts for our sets.
The new plastic holders arrived in just two days, but I was stumped as to how to remove the old ones and put on the new ones. So once again I contacted Stanchions Canada and explained my lack of mechanical ability to Rankine who then took the time and effort to put together a collection of clear photos and instructions
