I highly recommend Carolyn's firm for any Home and Auto insurance needs. I was with another insurance provider, and just gave a try to move to Desjardins and the first person I talked to is Marissa, who went above and beyond to get me the best insurance quotes. She was very polite, effective and professional throughout the entire process. She answered all my questions and got me the quotes every time I went to her with a minor addition/change to the policy. Carolyn's team is top notch. I sent an email late one night for insurance for a new car we were purchasing and Ashley called first thing the next morning. By that afternoon, the new car was fully insured.
