While I was on hold with one party the next assistant called me while I was on hold; these transactions was done in a matter of five minutes. Also they ask questions that others have already ask to give you an idea of whats needed in the future. NO AUTOMATION voices, real people and great customer service. This first comment was before I gave them my money now that I am trying to get in contact with the person Alex who enrolled me they gave me the run around from their office back and forth from 5 different people to the insurance agents at a different number. I have made a few mistakes, and was informed at MVD I needed an SR22, after opting in was contacted by Marcella who had my proof of financial responsibility within minutes.

I've been doing business with these guys for awhile. Recently purchased a third policy through them. Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. I made it clear that was unhappy with the service I received. About two weeks later I received a call from Tim. He explained that he want happy until I was. He went above and beyond to make it right, including hassling the good for nothing DMV. Thank you Best Buy Ins.

Great company that will find you the best rates! Make sure you speak to Tim, he has the Best customer service! With an upbeat attitude I called to cancel an insurance policy I had with them and he found me a better rate 100$ cheaper and was able to get me a refund from my previous insurance company. Tim will go toe to toe in the ring for you. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much about tim and Best Buy Insurance.
