I had been coming here for close to 7 years (as of 2020) but was disappointed by the customer service the last time I visited. The rules for Covid were new-ish (this happened around a year ago) and I wasn’t told when I entered that I had to surrender my purse at the front door, so I was wearing my small cross-body bag still when I sat down for my pedicure. From across the salon the owner loudly spoke to another client saying that “see people come in with their bags which may have been on the ground or might be dirty” scoffed, and POINTED at me. We booked an appointment ahead of time, and upon walking in everything was rushed. The colours on display absolutely did not show up the same on my nails. I got gel shellac, but only lasted a week and a half where I have gotten almost a month with my nails everywhere else. The service was quick and efficient, but the technician was not the kindest and made me feel like I was being super rushed. I wouldn't go back here to get my nails done, but this is a decent place to go if you're looking for quick service in a pinch.

The place is clean and sanitary, and my nails have always been done very professionally and look good. However, every time I've visited ( 5-6 times) I've left with some incident ore the other that has soured my overall experience. The technicians I have had, while professional, have always been curt (to the point of rude). I would keep dismissing this as them having a bad/busy day, but honestly, I cannot go to a place where this happens all the time. Amazing service! This was my first visit to All My Nails Salon, and it won't be my last! My nail tech was quick, but the service didn't feel rushed. I got a full acrylic set with colour and she actually listened to me when I ask that my nails be kept short (I bite my nails and play sports so having those long acrylics isn't my vibe). Make sure to get there 5 mins ahead like they ask, they have a lot of clients and you don't want to miss your appointment.

He didn’t know how to clean my cuticles or to apply nail polish after, it looks like a little kid did my nails. And when I expressed that I was unhappy with my nails, another worker, Lilly, came out of the blue and started yelling at me that I was complaining.
Incredibly rude and terrible shellac manicure job. Never going back there again.
I’ve posted pictures of my nails just after they were done, look at how dry the cuticles are, how much of the cuticles they missed and how the polish is poorly applied around the cuticles.

- technician paid extra detail to making sure nails were similar length and shape! Didn't see this at other places, very nice.
- overall nice results
- products smelled great
- everyone pretty friendly
- convenient booking system
Cons:
- Lack of service. There was no cuticle care. She cut off just one hangnail and caused a little blood. My technician didn't do clean up properly. I had to pick off the remaining acrylic bits off at home (there was a lot) and wash off the dust at home. Forget about a hand massage too.

I've been a customer at All My Nails for about 9 months and I won't be switching to anyone else anytime soon. This is hands down the best nail salon in KW for overall value and quality. Very nice staff. Incredibly clean. They do not rush you or over book appointments and they uphold a very high overall standard for the work they do. Highly recommend!

While this salon prides itself on how clean and sanitary it is, I did not find it that clean and did not find that they did anything different than any other salons. I actually did not find it as clean as others I have been to. Please note it was $77 for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The manicure was fine and the pedicure was less than average. I still had dry cracked heals when I left. with my manicure. it has been a week and my cuticles are peeling and are very sore. This has never happened to me before. I will not go back as I have had better and from places that are as clean

I came to All My Nails for the first time today with 2 of my friends, and its safe to say none of us will be returning. We had booked one gel manicure and 2 pedicures. As i was sitting down having my nails shaped and filed, the owner came to my nail manicurist and became upset with her, speaking harshly to her in front of me about how she did not specify my appointment was a gel manicure and not a regular manicure. I had Lilly, who did an amazing job on my nails. It was done pretty quickly too, all under an hour for a full set of gel nails. Lilly mentioned that my nails are quite small, but she managed to do a great job shaping them into what I wanted! Service was polite and clean, and I'll definitely come back in the future.

I went to All My Nails on a Friday at about 9am. I did not have an appointment. Surprisingly, they were quite busy, but I was taken right away.
The service was great. I got a regular mani/pedi. However, IT COST ME $55!!!!!! ..... WITH A STUDENT DISCOUNT!!!!!!! I did not know this before I sat down, because I definitely wouldn't have stayed. You should NOT be paying over $35 for a regular mani/pedi. And while I thought the pedicure was great, $55 is just way too expensive.

A hidden gem. This salon is very well run, with efficient staff. The owner and staff are friendly and skilled at their work. This is the cleanest nail salon I have ever seen. Autoclaves, sterilizers and cleaning solution are in full view and in constant use. Staff are constantly cleaning equipment and tools. Workstations and the general surroundings are also very neat and clean. This is the only salon I will go to. Highly recommend!
