All metal and reusable tools such as acrylic tip cutter, cuticle scissors, nippers, pushers, scrapers and cutters, diamond drill bit, foot files, diamond/glass files, nail clippers, footbath etc., are sanitized and disinfected between uses with intermediate- to high-level disinfectants as per "Public Health Ontario - Guide to Infection Prevention and Control in Personal Service Settings".

I've been trying different nail places in the area to find one that i LOVE.. This is my new home for sure!! Annie did my pedicure. She did a great job, took her time and was very kind. Jolie did my new gel set… today and did amazing!! She also took her time, was in no rush, paid so much attention to detail and was so focused. I showed her a picture of what I was hoping for and ahe even mixed up a custom colour for me. The salon was very clean and everyone very professional and accommodating. Will for sure be back!

Highest caliber of professionalism. Customer service was superb and all the beauty artists were extremely kind and attentive upon arrival. The spa was in pristine conditions. I appreciate that the company took all measures to ensure everyone followed safety protocols, from pre-read material prior visitation to the moment of on-site intakes.… I felt safe, relaxed and in good hands.
