CUNNINGHAM & RIVARD APPRAISALS LTD. was founded in North Vancouver by Fred Cunningham and Larry Rivard in 1967. The company was sold in 1973, with Fred Cunningham remaining as regional manager. As the company grew, various offices were established throughout British Columbia, primarily on Vancouver Island.
