A personal injury can take many forms, both physical and psychological. Broken bones, nerve damage, brain injuries, long-term pain, and PTSD are all examples of the types of injuries we see at our practice. Injuries can be caused by an array of accidents or by the negligence or carelessness of another.
Cases involving negligent actions of others typically include car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and workplace injuries. If your injury has resulted in any of the conditions below, you may be entitled to compensation. Even if you don't see your condition listed below, you may still be entitled to compensatory benefits.

We know the last thing an injured person needs is another bill. With O'Dea Earle you don't pay any legal fees until we secure the settlement satisfying your needs. If you've been injured in a car accident, you undoubtedly have many questions. You may be wondering if you have a personal injury claim and, if so, what that claim is worth. It's important to remember that even if you think your injury is of a minor nature, it may not be. The type of injuries resulting from car accidents often don't manifest until some time after the crash.
One possible, and serious, long-term effect of an injury is inability to return to work full-time, putting the injured person under increased stress about their future and the future of their family. If you are unable to work full-time in the future, as a consequence of your injury, you may be eligible for long-term disability benefits through your employer, the Canada Pension Plan (CPP), or your own insurance company.

My parents and other family members have gone there for years. Tom Johnson is my lawyer now. Everybody, from the receptionist all the way up to the top lawyer have been amazing. You can freely talk, they're staff and lawyers are kind, friendly and genuinely care. I would not recommend ANY other Law Office but O'Dea and Earl. If you want to be helped by people who are actually concerned about you and your welfare, who are kind and excellent at what they do, O'Dea and Earl is the place to be.
