The delivery person was really nice, explaining how to care for the plants. However, leaves on each of the three plants I ordered are crinkly, dry, and some are brown on the edges. I feel for the price I paid I should have gotten better looking plants. I hope they will start looking better with better care. Don't think I will order from this florist in the future.

The floral arrangement that we received for our anniversary was magnificent to say the least. We have had other flower arrangements sent to us from other florists in the area - as lovely as they were - this arrangement from She's My Florist did surpass all of the others. Absolutely fantastic florist. Their bouquets are gorgeous, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I have always been very happy with my experience. Stopped by on Saturday morning, asked for a particular colour scheme for a bouquet, and the florist had one made at the requested price point in 10 minutes! If you need flowers for a special occasion, definitely stop here.

Excellent products, prices, talent and customer service that is OUTSTANDING. We have been bringing fresh bouquet flowers to my Mom at the cemetary as she loves flowers. During the recent heatwave those bouquets were not lasting long even with daily watering. A kind elderly gentleman we see daily at the cemetary suggested we look into getting silk flower bouquets made up. We were hesitant as we did not want fake, plastic looking flowers with my Mom. We made many calls and nobody was able to help us aside from suggesting going to Michaels or the Dollar Store. We did this and what they had was not

We had the pleasure of using She's My Florist for our wedding and were blown away! They were so easy to work with through all the adjustments that had to be made due to Covid restrictions changing our order twice, and the final product was absolutely beautiful bouquets and arrangements perfectly reflecting our original vision. Not only that, but our flowers all stayed fresh for 10-20 days (dependent on arrangement) after the wedding, a wonderful bonus!

Looking for the best orchid arrangements in BC? You just found them. Nobody else even comes close! And the customer service here is A++. I'm an Ontario customer, and I submitted an inquiry through their website about a custom order I needed for same-day delivery, and Colette responded very quickly (before the store was even open!) and looked after everything. Don't bother looking around - you won't find plants or customer service like this anywhere else in BC.

My friend from Atlanta had flowers sent to me after I got home from surgery. They are absolutely stunning and have really brightened my day. I didn't meet the man who delivered them, but I overheard him as he passed them to my daughter and he was so kind and lovely. I didn't know about this florist before, but I will be sure to come here in the future when I need flowers. Thank you for my beautiful bouquet.
