Will not be renewing my Insurance through Blair. Too many miscommunications resulting in constantly changing monthly premiums. Many mistakes were made, including providing the Insurance company with the wrong VIN number for my vehicle. I have emailed several times to confirm cancellation but have received no response. Brutal. Get your own insurance, there is no value in dealing with Blair Insurance.

I was a loyal client of Blair Insurance for over 40 years until I had to actually deal with them. My premium for auto and home insurance rose 3 times in one fiscal year but they were unable to explain why. I sent requests for information which they did not deign to respond to. My request to cancel my policy's was ignored. They are disorganised and expensive, and their attitude towards clients is unacceptable. Find another insurance broker.

Disappointed that, after thinking the insurance company - recommended by Blair insurance brokers - straightened out the issue of us paying for a property we’d sold, and provided proof of the sale; we are still being charged for insuring that property. And, our broker seemed more concerned with the last review I gave, than in ensuring customer satisfaction. I was asked three times to remove the review... not impressed... even less so, now

I have had Blair Insurance for 10 years and Debra has been amazing to me on every occasion I needed her. Her customer service is exceptional and any time I had an incident she took care of me. Many people have suggested shopping around but I won't do that because this level of customer service is incredibly rare these days.

I was referred to Blair Insurance by my friend and wanted to get a quote on my car insurance. I was connected to Rose Gurrieri and she handled my request immediately. I switched over to them after a recommendation from a close friend, Turns out my previous broker wasn't doing their job properly, and I was under insured :( thankfully nothing happened...This a top notch place, they really care about properly protecting you 360 degrees and not just focusing on price.
