I had to push, HARD to be able to come inside for my 6 year olds appointment to have a cavity filled. I was told by one employee that I would be allowed in the room for the procedure and told no by another on the first visit. When we came back for the second filling I was told they would come get me after they numbed her and they never came and got me. My daughter came out with tears in her eyes and is terrified of the dentist now. Don't take your children here. Other Pediatric Dentists will let you come in with your children. This place is too strict and won't scare your children.

My family has been going here for years. I was in a lot of pain for weeks. After a couple visits, telling them what was bothering me they did what they thought was best and when it didn't solve the problem I was told I had to wait and deal with the pain for 3 more weeks before they could see me again. I stressed that I couldn't sleep and the pain was horrible they didn't care so I'd like to thank Glenburnie Dental care for squeezing me in for an emergency visit the next day. They listened to me found the problem and fixed my issue on the first trip. So this is my goodbye to Southgate.

Had a horrible experience with the actual dentist. The hygienists are amazing. My son is 8. We had started going here, when Dr. Glenn was there. He was INCREDIBLE. Unfortunately his replacement is NOT! She is very impatient, doesnt like parents in the room, and does not speak in a very child friendly manner. We gave her another try after the first visit with her, but the second visit was greatly WORSE than the first. I wouldnt even allow a dentist to speak to an adult the way she spoke to my child and me. I have friends who have also left the practice in the last 2 years. Now my chid is terrified

I recently needed an emergency appointment and my insurance gave their info. When I returned the next day for the filling I was so pleasantly surprised at how quick my visit was and how well the Novocain took. I was able to eat immediately afterwards. I just went back for a routine visit and not only was Dr. Huang on it, his staff, especially Miss Shawnet, was able to get me back in sooner for some additional work. Great experience at my new dentist office. 👍🏽

My family and I have been going to this office for over 10 years and we love our dentist here. Within the last year they have hired new receptionist who are rude, ignorant, impatient and unhelpful. It's ridiculous and unprofessional how they talk to and treat you when you're just trying to book an appointment or have questions answered. I'm definitely going to escalate my concerns and issues because it's uncalled for and just wrong. GET NEW RECEPTIONIST because they're ruining that offices reputation.

Recently went in for a cleaning, and can't speak highly enough about the professionalism of his staff. The office operates in a safe manner (even with elevated COVID restrictions), and Dr. Huang and his hygienist make a normally uncomfortable experience (seriously, nobody really likes getting their teeth clean, lol) quick, painless, and rewarding. Left with my newly smooth (and polished clean!) teeth, and I'll be coming back in the future, for sure.

Always a nice experience. There's nothing super fancy about this office, but the staff does a great job of making me feel comfortable and gets the job done. The dental assistants are so friendly and professional, and the dentist's have been wonderful over the years. They are also easy to get in touch with if needed, which is nice these days. There are no hoops to jump through, just straight service.
