At the beginning of the Covid even though the office was open no one was calling back and I was very frustrated. We have visited a few times again recently and things are looking up. Staff are always welcoming and friendly so I still don't understand why our many messages were left unreturned at that time.

Staff were polite and they were great with my daughter at the time of the appointment. BUT they can't seem to understand how to charge services through a benefit plan...so expect to pay for your service out of pocket regardless. Not only that, they only let me know this when it was time for me to rebook the next appointment. Not at all impressed .

I visited in January for a routine cleaning and check up. I was informed that I needed thousands of dollars worth of work (in particular a redo on an existing finished root canal). I sought out a second opinion at another office in a neighbouring town and in fact needed nothing out of routine cleaning done.
This place is aggressive and as soon as they find out you have insurance they pile on the ‘proposed needed work’. After the cleaning, I had sensitivity for 4 months until it calmed down on its own.
I wouldn’t trust this dentist as it seems they care more about making money off your insurance

I highly recommend Perla Dental Stouffville to anyone who is looking for great dentists. I have already referred a friend who was very happy with her experience. The staff is very professional and you will get a prompt appointment. The dental work is fantastic. You will not be disappointed by going to this clinic.

The best dentist I have ever been to. She takes the time to explain everything. The office itself is very new and state of the art. Her staff is top notch and the hygienists are great (even with kids) and is very thorough. You get to watch TV while having your teeth worked on as well. All around Professionals!

I would highly recommend Dr. Sarah to everyone that is looking for a dentist! Dr. Sarah and her staff are absolutely the best! they are professional and experts at dentistry.
I have been going to Stouffville office since they opened this location! Every single staff member I interacted with was helpful.

The staff was friendly and that was basically the only pro, but it is so obvious it's not genuine.
Make sure you ask if everything is covered beforehand as I was charged out of pocket without prior notice for x rays that Dr Megan "likes" to take extra of.
If you have insurance, they will milk it to the bone and call it a "progressive" approach. Meanwhile not fully explaining the whole procedure in detail or giving u any options.
The toothbrush they give is also of low quality and doesn't last more than a month. Please make sure to remember to ask for the toothbrush as it was forgotten to give
