I was looking to upgrade my engagement ring, Ed was so amazing in cooperating with me and my design. He took the existing ring that I had and gave me a huge upgrade. He worked with me and could really understand who i am and what is my taste.
He was amazing and I got the ring of my dreams. Every time I look at that ring on my finger it puts a smile on my face, makes me happy and he was able to work magic from scratch.

A few weeks ago I brought in my engagement ring to be resized, and Ed was absolutely amazing. The store was set up with COVID protocols (must be buzzed in, hand sanitizer must be used prior to entry, plexiglass barriers, etc.) which provided a sense of safety. Ed tried on a few ring sizers and provided me with his professional opinion to create a custom 1/2 size that I didn't know jewellers were able to do! This store has definitely won over my trust and I will be going here for future rings. Thanks Ed + team!

I recently needed to find a jeweler to re-size my engagement, and wedding rings after some considerable weight loss. They went from a size 7 to 5 and with the engagement ring being a certain cut most jewelers wouldn't touch it.

I was extremely nervous that I had to have my wedding rings removed by a ring cutter. Ed was professional and honest when evaluating my situation, and put my nerves to rest. Amazing service came in for a cleaning realizing I should replace my wife's setting , Ed provided me the best possible service . He made sure my ring was ready to surprise my wife. Years ago I lost a treasured diamond ring that was my grandmothers, which I had always wanted to replace. As I have been divorced for several years I had my promise ring, engagement ring and wedding ring sitting idle in a jewellery box for the past 10 years. I decided to go and visit Ed at Odyssey Jewellery in Richmond Hill.
I showed Ed my three separate rings which each had a very small diamond in them. I told him the story of wanting to replace the heirloom ring I had lost, but I wanted a more modern look to it.
