These guys are really good and provide great service. Victoria Garden Sprinklers recently did some repairs and maintenance to my 30-year-old lawn sprinkler system. The crew was thorough, efficient, tested and reset the system and did the necessary repairs. They let me know every step of the way what was required. Ask for Nathan - he’s the best. So happy with this service. We recently purchased our home And it came with the sprinkler system we didn’t know how to operate.
Nathan explained how to use the system, ran through all the cycles to make sure no bushes were blocking anything, replaced two broken sprinklers that the previous owners had driven over and adjusted our system for optimal performance.

Terrible service. I booked them to do a system maintenance. 3 Weeks in advance. They did not show up and when I called the receptionist kept asking over and over for my address. Said they would call back. Did not. Lied about leaving message. Then without apologizing told me it would be another week. Stay away from these people. They lie and don't keep commitments.

Today I had my sprinkler system serviced by Dillon. What a nice young man. I needed to be shown things and have my system explained etc and Dillon was very patient with me, answering all my many questions professionally and thoroughly. I contacted Victoria Garden Sprinkler about having a large job done on my property. I received a timely response when settng up the estimate and in all other correspondences until it came time to schedule. During the estimate phase, I was told there was a discount for off season work, so even though my estimate was done in the summer, I opted to have the work done when I could receive the discount. I figured they wouldn't tell me about the discount if they didn't want me to take advantage of it.

Awesome service right from the initial call. I needed all new irrigation. The quote was complete with product literature that was to be installed. The install crew was professional and did a great job...right down to the clean up. Now I wait for the spring so I can use the new system...no more manual sprinklers with a hose.
