All of our technicians are ticketed by the (IIABC). They are all fully insured and covered by WCB. I would describe my staff as honest, hardworking individuals that take pride in their work. I have seen them go over and beyond for different customers many times, the sub trades working alongside and myself.
The Spring start-up service is the process of setting up your irrigation system for the watering season (Summer). The Winterization service is the process of preparing your outdoor irrigation and other plumbing for cold weather. When residual water in the system freezes it expands and most piping cracks. The cost of repairs could be extensive. The servicemen were really helpful and friendly. I had 2 guys over for an hour and 20mins to adjust my sprinkler nozzles, levels and to fix a leak in the system. Total came out to $292 at $175 per HR for labour which I thought was a bit on the pricey side. One guy was on the phone for a good 20mins so I fealt I was charged too much.

I called Graeme's irrigation to blow out the sprinklers for the first winter at my new home.
When I first called, Alicia quoted me a charge of $99 per hour + tax billed in half hour increments, with a possibility of only half an hour being required. I was told that being the first time on site, the tech would be doing some additional diagnostics and mapping of the system.
This was going to make Graeme's total expected billing charge $103.95. I passed up an $85 dollar service from a competitor on the slight chance that Graeme's would take only half an hour, as well as for the extra mapping service

I have BUYERS REMORSE. I paid $9,296 for less than 3 days work for a medium size sprinkler system (12 zones) and equipment. I feel like I overpaid on the equipment, so make sure you check the prices! The $159/hr labour was pretty steep, but you got 2 people plus the occasional Supervisor. When I told Graeme I was unhappy with the service, he fixed the system with Stu to my satisfaction. I think it is important to note that I dug the main trenches with an excavator, and provided all the 30 sprinklers. All I can say is I won't be a repeat customer, so hopefully this helps you.
