We had Mark who showed up quickly and made sure we were safely taken from the side of the highway to his truck and towed to a nearby location where he helped make sure we had our tire changed. It was great service and he was a pleasant guy. Right around the holidays it was nice to have someone willing to help and be efficient! 10/10 would recommend Mark.

This review is for Abrams Ottawa; My towing operator was Morgan, who not only was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but also exceptionally kind. He arrived earlier than the expected wait time and his service was so friendly and professional. You truly feel the sincerity when he says he’s happy to help. I wish there were more people out there like him providing this level of quality service and care. Such a gem! Incredibly thankful for his help :)

I couldn't find a place to review Abrams Ottawa so I'm doing it here. Service was exceptional. Driver was very quick & understanding. I work at a garage so I had him tow my car there. Dispatch was pleasant as well. Props to Sal for being a great guy, driver & employee for Abrams. He knows his stuff.

I called this company to get my car towed to the dealership. The company quoted me $330 dollars from Sheppard and Don Mills area to Sheppard and Markham. When the driver arrived to my building I lead him to the underground parking. After reassessing the car situation, my car started to work again. So I told the driver that I no longer required his service of towing. He said I had to pay him $150.00 dollars for a service charge. I told him that I would not pay him as he did nothing. As I was saying this to him he aggressively was pointing his finger in my face. So I got scared of his approach and

My battery ran out after getting groceries. I called Abrams Towing and within 10 minutes, someone showed up. My car was back up and running within 5 minutes! The best part was that the gentleman who helped me applied all the current social distancing rules, as I do. He even arrived wearing a protective mask. I really appreciated that. Excellent service all around!!!

I don't recommend them at all. Jim was extremely Rude, impatient and arrogant on the phone. Also: They lied about the kms distance of the tow. And were the most expensive towing service. $40 to $70 more than Pk towing (who I ended up using because their rates were excellent & their customer service was very good).
