Alex, my tow professional, really saved the day for me. He had exceptional customer service and patience in regards to safely and efficiently towing my large commercial van. On top of that, their dispatch went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding wait times and checked in to my own personal well being. Horrible experience. Was told to make an appt to pick up my car. At the time of my appt nobody was there. Had to make multiple phone calls and waited an hour. He was very rude and told me urgent police matters came up and when I said all you needed to do was simply call me to push back the appt or notify me he sounded dumbfounded and couldn’t care less and didn’t even apologize. Waited an hour and eventually picked up my car. Do not use their services the owner is very rude. Only one helpful and polite worker I spoke with.

Very professional and efficient staff member assisted me with a remote site battery boost today. The technician was very friendly and informative. He arrived ahead of schedule and had me back up and running again within a few minutes. Also made an effort to make sure vehicle charging system was working properly before leaving.

They have very good roadside assistance service, and are very friendly people! I would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of service done! Our car had been stuck in about 4 feet of snow today, and it was very stressful but he calmed us down and got us out quickly and safely. Thank you again!

In an industry filled with opportunistic and predatory practices, Cardinal Towing was the definition of professionalism, trustworthiness and quality service. We called them on the recommendation of our mechanic, and couldn't be happier with the way we were treated. A clean, new flatbed tow truck arrived and the driver was extremely courteous and respectful to our vehicle.

I called 850am Monday morning for a possible tow, but ended up being a battery boost. It was literally 3 minutes before the truck was there. Amazing service. Driver was so friendly and helpful to an already stressful morning. He also spotted me to the garage just to make sure I got there. Service was amazing. Won't search for another towing company again. Will use Cardinal, hopefully won't need to though. LOL

Great towing experience I had to make it a point to mention. Cory showed up at my doorstep, very knowledgeable and courteous. He examined the situation and assisted where he could. He even went the extra to drive me back home from the dealership because the shuttle was gonna take a while still. Cory made an unfortunate situation pleasant and enjoyable with his friendly and down to earth nature. When you need towing help Cory is your guy. He put me in great spirits today. Thank you(:

Amazing service!!! The passengers side of my car was literally on top of a huge rock and we called another towing service at first and they weren't even able to centre their hook w my car bc of the weird angle it was on, but Robert @ Cardinal was able to hook on his first try, & got my car off the rock w no excess damage to the car. He was super helpful & friendly, & totally exceeded my expectations. He made sure my car was working fine before he left and watched me test drive it a couple of times. He explained my billing to me & suggested some next steps for me to take. He

Very professional and speedy! It was my first time ever having to tow my car from a flat tire and I knew nothing about what goes on. Luckily the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me re-assured by answering all my questions. I even learned a bit of pros & cons between towing a car with lower suspension on a flat bed truck vs. on a tow dolly with all four wheels off the ground!

This company is top notch. I had an old rear wheel drive sports car that died suddenly in the underground of my apartment building. These guys came out to downtown toronto in rush hour, pushed my car a good half kilometer and managed to tow it safely with zero damage to the vehicle. Price was incredible for such a high level of service. Highly recommended. Brendan.
